Return Shipping While we offer free shipping on all outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We also highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
