Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and health reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of condition. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Eligible Items for Return All other jewelry items (rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants) may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions upon approval.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
